Urunga Parade, Miranda

Boutique resort style 46 unit apartment building, on a corner site,
developed by the amalgamation of two lots. The constraints of the site
were considerable, having the railways at the rear side of the lot, and a
small residential area (that was going through an upscale) all around.
As being one of the first upscales in the area, the project was intended
to set the standard, by both bulk and massing and by the design quality.
