Kingsway Avenue, Caringbah Aged Care Facility ensures easy access to amenities and services while seamlessly integrating into the vibrant community. The internal layout provides a good balance between communal areas and private spaces, with spacious corridors and common rooms encouraging social interaction, and private rooms offering tranquillity and comfort. Accessibility was a priority, with features like ramps, elevators, and wide doorways ensuring ease of mobility for residents of all abilities. The discreet design was well integrated in the low density area, by well articulated, low-high volumes.
