To truly serve our clients across New South Wales, we established a deliberate footprint: a metropolitan studio in Sydney and a dedicated regional NSW office. This dual presence gives us a unique edge. In the city, we navigate complex high-density planning, heritage overlays, and tight commercial footprints with absolute precision. In the regions, we design with a deep respect for the rugged Australian landscape, local microclimates, and regional building dynamics. Meet the Management Team
Brent Marvin | Managing Director
Provides strategic leadership, ensures design excellence, and oversees the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion. Responsible for client relationships, financial oversight, commercial strategy, and final approval of project budgets, proposals, and quotations while maintaining the firm’s commitment to quality and innovation.
Razvan Poting | Practice Manager
Directs operational workflows and team performance, provides high-level technical oversight and BCA compliance verification, and serves as backup for drawing approvals when Brent is unavailable.
Tudor Stan | Design and Documentation Manager
Technical specialist focused on delivery and compliance; maintains and manages the firm’s Resource Library Index as the team’s go-to subject matter expert.
Everline Mangcoy | Studio Manager
Runs daily studio production and administrative continuity, oversees project documentation and coordination, manages timekeeping, and provides weekly time/cost reporting to clients.
Angela Felix | Technical Manager
Executes production and documentation tasks, carries out site analysis, and applies research-driven problem-solving across active projects.
