Moani Avenue, Gynea

This is a residential flat building development of 34 apartments distributed over 4 levels. The challenge was to smoothly integrate a high density building into an existing build environment by the amalgamation of 3 smaller lots. The design provides intimacy and protection from the railway corridor located at the east of the site.
