McMaster Place, Little Bay

A high architectural design quality was required and delivered to the review panel for this luxury estate. A short site meant to retain a useful rear yard we took the unusual step of integrating the pool in the middle of the house which has resulted in a striking house open to all sides while retaining privacy as needed.
