Linden Street, Sutherland

A very challenging project, done in an area that was just going through
an upscale, from low density to high density residential. On a 4 lots
amalgamation, MD+A was able to design a well articulated and high
quality design building, that was both respecting the neighbouring sites,
but also setting new high density standard levels. All the units were
offering high standard living facilities, double orientation and good sun
and light exposure.
