Harp Street, Campsie

The Harp Street project was identified as a major development
opportunity by our team at Brickmagnet. Sites were amalgamated and
preliminary design and development work was completed in conjunction
with council consultation. Investment partner Meissen was then invited
to join the project for a gateway proposal rezoning of the site to allow
for a proposed mixed-use development of retail/commercial activities
and 540 units in the heart of Campsie.
