Allen Street, South Hurtsville

The Allen Street project at South Hurstville was a mixed-use development of 75 apartments and associated retail at ground level. Brickmagent worked with the council to achieve a proposed rezoning of 2 of the 7 sites and an uplift in FSR/Height for the other five to achieve best and highest use for the development and a suitable outcome for the community by the regeneration of a faded precinct. This also involved negotiating the purchase of the adjacent council car park. We then managed the sale of the site for the owner at a premium price.
