Presidents Avenue, Miranda

This was a very challenging project, but our team was able to amalgamate 3 single dwellings lots and to carefully design and get approval for 13 townhouses (each with a double garage). The dwellings were organised around an open internal space, with soft landscape elements and design features for the amenity of the inhabitants.
