Smarts Crescent, Burraneer

Medium density development in Sutherland Shire Council. These three townhouses needed to be site specific and also market specific. Burraneer is a gentile suburb with multiple waterfronts and the market was for a downsizer from one of those who still wanted a large home, but on a low maintenance section. We chose a contemporary style that still included traditional building elements, but had a strong indoor outdoor flow.
