The Haldon Street, Lakemba project is a mixed-use development of 42

apartments and a medical centre and pharmacy at ground level. The

entire precinct is going through a zoning upgrade and this corner-lot

project was one of the first redevelopments in the area. Thereby, the

project had a great importance for the future streetscape, setting a
