The Robertson Street, Sutherland project is a mixed-use development
of 46 apartments and 3 associated commercial spaces at ground level.
The main challenge of this project was to make the transition between
the high density development at the south of the site, towards a lower
density development at the north. This was done while maintaining the
uppermost permitted yield, for the clients benefit.
