The Windsor Road, Northmead project consisted of a set of DA studies, done for a large 14.300sqm site. The proposed yields varied from 376 to 500 units, it was a challenge to find the best approach that would be accepted by the local council. The project had to ensure a smooth transition between the medium density residential zone at the north side and the high density at the south of the lot.Our role was to establish best and highest use for the site and find a buyer for the multiple owners in the price range they wanted which we achieved in a very short period of time
