Victoria Street, Roseville (Uptown)

Gracious and classical 220 unit apartment building in Ku Ring Gai Council. When our client advised they had bought a whole street in Sydney’s North Shore suburb of Roseville we were thrilled and mortified! How would we get this approved – what would the community opposition be like? The pressure was added when we were told we needed Ku Ring Gai Council approval in 3 months and the surrounding developments had taken up to 3 years through a court process.

Our solution was not just to create a design solution that would satisfy the very high end traditional architectural brief, but add value to the community and be acceptable to the council. By an extensive and intensive consultation program and revisions to the initial scheme we got the objections down to single figures and the approval in just over 12 months.
