Allen Street, South Hurtsville

The Allen Street Project at South Hurstville is a mixed-use development of 75 apartments and associated retail at ground level.

Brickmagnet worked with the council over a three year period to achieve a proposed rezoning of 2 of the 7 sites and an uplift in FSR/Height for the other five to achieve best and highest use for the development and a suitable outcome for the community by the regeneration of a faded precinct.
