Heritage listed cottage restoration in Sutherland Shire Council. A derelict turn of the century cottage with enclosed balconies and structural defects needed a complete rebuild to bring it back to its former very modest glory! In essence, here it was about removing rather than adding and we painstakingly restored this lovely dwelling to its original state, excepting the interiors which were a combination of leaving any elements of worth and replacing kitchens and bathrooms with ultra modern clean expressions designed to make a very clear distinction between old and new.
