Terrigal Drive, Erina

This project involved a comprehensive feasibility and conceptual design study for the redevelopment of a significant site in Erina. Historically utilized as a long-standing medical centre, the 2,000sqm site presented a unique opportunity for new community infrastructure. Our architectural strategy explored multiple typologies, ranging from the adaptive reuse of the existing structure to a ground-up development featuring integrated basement parking. The design process meticulously navigated complex site constraints, including traffic requirements for a classified road, to optimize site yield and establish a viable pathway for a high-capacity childcare facility.
