Darlinghurst Road, Potts Point, Heritage Art-Deco Hotel

This Potts Point project involves the development of a heritage Art-Deco building, preserving the original front facade and tower. The design integrates a modern internal structure featuring hotel rooms arranged around a multi-storey central atrium and a ground-floor public house. This architectural approach successfully balances the preservation of iconic Art-Deco elements with the creation of a high-yield, contemporary hospitality asset.
