I have a strong interest and commitment to exploring and developing the best ways to deliver a building project from master planning/feasibility through the design/approvals process and finally the construction and sale/handover.

Each project is different and a variety of resources and skills need to be engaged to achieve the above. I enjoy the challenge of being involved in this process and all the learning and effort involved in bringing it to a successful conclusion for all concerned.

My special area of engagement is as a designer where I work with the client to clarify the vision and then finalise this through design with consultation with the relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of the relevant approvals required. We focus on balancing the needs of the community and client and find working this way usually results in a smooth approval process and maximum yields for our clients.
