On this beautiful site, with bay views, we have designed a modern looking dual occupancy with the main objective to maximise the views and to open the interior space towards the bay. The well articulated design, and the use of the site slope, reduced the perceived bulk and massing of the development and allowed us to get over the council controls with a higher floor space ratio.
