This significant development project in Northmead involved a set of comprehensive DA studies for a 14,300 sqm site, proposing yields up to 500 units. The design intent was to create a smooth transition between medium-density residential zones and high-density areas through strategic site planning. This large-scale project demonstrates MD+A’s capacity to manage complex urban requirements and negotiate optimal approaches for high-density residential sites.
