TOWN HOUSES AND VILLAS

Presidents Avenue, Miranda

This project involved the amalgamation of three single-dwelling lots in Miranda to facilitate the development of 13 modern townhouses. The dwellings are organized around a central open space, incorporating soft landscaping and design features to maximize resident amenity. Despite significant site challenges, the resulting architecture provides a functional and high-density living environment that enhances the local urban fabric. The project prioritizes the integration of communal green space to provide high-quality environmental amenity within a medium-density setting. Each residence features a private double garage and is designed with a focus on natural light and ventilation. This holistic approach to site planning ensures a sophisticated and sustainable living environment for all inhabitants.
