Dual occupancy in Sutherland Shire Council. Our client wanted a striking architectural statement that would deliver him top dollar by providing the best development of this nature in the vicinity. We decided to create a complete aesthetic that referenced more a single luxury mega house than 2 distinct homes. Interest was high and they both sold immediately.
